Typically, if an item is sentimental to you, chances are you need to remove it from the room. Having a new construction or a vacant home on the market can be frustrating! Some people may thing that home staging may be more complicated than it really is. Staging your home can usually be just a matter or clearing out the clutter and taking things out that are personal to you, such as photos, specific taste artwork, furnishings or decor!
Even though this, in theory, seems so simple, this may be the most difficult part for home owners. They believe that people will love those items just as much as they do! I mean, who couldn’t love that cute picture of your 3-year-old washing his own hair in the tub! There are two major problems with that picture.
